We believe outstanding design makes every celebration an event to remember. All the work is completely personalized and created especially for you and your individual occasion. We will work with you to design the perfect representation of you and your wedding.

Step 1: Getting to Know Your Wedding
Each project begins with a consultation either by email, phone or in person. This is a chance to get to know you and your tastes, style and individual personality. What do you love most about your chosen location? What is your color or theme? What do your flowers look like? Any little detail that will help us understand the dream that will soon be a reality on your wedding day.

Step 2: Starting Design
We will provide a proposal to you based on your specifications. After you have approved the proposal, it can be mailed in along with the deposit. 50% deposit is due before the design process starts. At this time you should also provide any information that you want included in the design of your project. We will then present four design options for you to review. You will then have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify any changes you want to make or new ideas you may wish to incorporate into the final draft. After we discuss your comments, the changes are integrated into a revised version that is submitted to you for approval.

Step 3: Finalizing Details
Before printing begins you will be sent the "final proof", this may be digital or tangible, depending on the design. At this time you will review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, typestyle, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Please proof carefully, once you have approved the final proof, Love at First Invite is not responsible for any future changes or mistakes. The remaining balance will be due with this approval, and before the files are sent to printers.

Step 4: Going to Press
Once you have given final approval the project will go to the printer for production. Depending on the timeframe, it may take between 2-3 weeks for you to receive the final printed products.
